Reference Point Indentation Instrument

Formerly known as the Bone Diagnostic Instrument (BDI) and Tissue Diagnostic Instrument (TDI) the Reference Probe Indentation instrument is a medical instrument designed to measure bone fracture risk in living patients. Most of our current research is devoted to this project.


Atomic Force Microscopes

Our specialty for 20 years. We have developed many advancements to make AFMs more suitable for biological use. These include a novel scanning unit and the utilization of small cantilevers.
